The room and the property were very clean. The room was spacious. Starbucks is right next door and Denny's is less than a block away. Plus the Mayfair Shopping Centre is right across the street.
We didn't have to ask for a coffee pot, it was offered. But, you need to provide your own coffee and fixings. They did provide two coffee mugs and two spoons. There was no dish soap or kitchen towels (paper or cotton). No ice machine and no air conditioning! We were there in November so A/C wasn't an issue, but it could well have been a problem in the summer.

We are 4 guys in our fifties who golf all around the province for many years. This motel was one of very few available because it's prime season. It surpassed our expectations. Staff were very friendly and helpful and genuinely concerned for our comfort. A great place to sleep while enjoying all that Victoria has to offer and at a reasonable price. A no frills motel, so take all the money you save and enjoy the islands many attractions.

The manager was very friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate and roomy.
No airconditioning. No a big problem but it would have been nice to have had a fan to circulate the air and also to drown out the traffic noise coming in the open window. No coffee maker or even any mugs to make coffee in. Found out later they were available but we needed to ask. Probably should be a sign in the room letting people know that they are available.

The staff was rude, they came into our room 3 times and asked for another emplyee to enter a third time. The male followed me to my car to check what I was doing, as he was doing when he came into the room. When my son asked for a sheet for the bed (extra sheet) they asked for 10 dollars. The stove was turned off , when asked if we could turn it on, he said not at the rate you paid. The floors were filthy, stained. If we would have known ahead of time we would have switched hotels,it was July long weekend and hotels were hard to come by and so were good rates. I would never stay somewhere like this again, not for free.
